Orders are delivered through trusted courier partners across the UAE and internationally. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
Delivery charges are applied based on your location and order value. Free delivery may be applicable on orders above a specific amount as per our shipping policy.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes depending on your country's laws. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If your item develops a fault, please contact our customer service team with your order number and product details. We will guide you through the return or replacement process.

Orders and Returns

You can track your order using the tracking link sent to your email after dispatch. You can also view order status under 'My Account' > 'Orders'.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact our support team. We will investigate with the courier and ensure swift resolution.
You can initiate a return by contacting our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. Products must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for return.
