Return and Refund Policy
1. Cancellation and Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if an order is canceled due to product unavailability. If an advance payment has been made and a cancellation is required, a full refund will be issued within 1-10 business days, minus any applicable transaction fees.
2. Valid Returns
Enliven General Trading LLC accepts returns if the product delivered is incorrect, defective, or missing parts. The product information on the website was inaccurate.
3. Requirements for Returns
A valid return must include proof of purchase (order number, invoice) and the product in original packaging with all accessories.
4. Items Ineligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for personal items (e.g., skincare, cosmetics) or perishables and consumables (e.g., food items).
5. Return Procedure
Customers must inspect and return items to the delivery agent if there is an issue upon receipt. Any claim for return due to defect, missing items, or wrong delivery should be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.
6. Delivery and Installation Terms
For products requiring installation, services will be arranged within three business days of delivery. Once received and installed, these products cannot be returned.
7. Conditions Not Covered by Guarantee
Returns or replacements will not apply if the product was misused or damaged after delivery, or if the item lacks original packaging, UPC numbers, or any part initially included with the product.
